For this saliva test, a simple mouth and gum swab is administered and then screwed into the device.  The test strips are located on the side of the cylinder, and the results are easy to read within 5 minutes. Tests for 10 drugs.

The StatSwab v.3 is an oral fluid drug test which uses a mouth/gum swab to collect a saliva specimen. The swab is then inserted into the device which securely forms an air-tight seal. This test is smaller than the original StatSwab cylinder and slightly larger than the v.2 cube. Results can be read within 5 minutes. For forensic use only. Tests for 5 drugs.
