• This is a list of possible matches based on name, date of birth, and location. Choose possible matches (as necessary) by checking the box next to the name. Each name listed below is tied to a record, and when selected will appear on the background report.
• You may adjust which records are kept on a report by clicking the 'Adjust Results' button on the report (next page).
• In some instances, we receive data that does not include date of birth or final disposition (e.g., Guilty, Dismissed). Review all records carefully for additional details such as middle name and location (state/county) to determine a match. If a record is missing the disposition, further investigation is needed - try running a thorough county or statewide search. If verification isn't possible, remove the incomplete record from the report using the 'Adjust Results' button and consider the subject innocent.
