DRUG TESTING
Drug and alcohol testing devices are non-refundable due to the nature of the product and its shelf life. RiskProducts.com reserves the right to accept returns under special circumstances; however, the customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from RiskProducts.com. To be considered for an RMA, the product must be in original sale condition (factory sealed in original box), and the RMA request must be submitted within 60 days of purchase date. If an RMA is approved, a 30% re-stocking fee will apply. In some cases, a 10% credit card fee may also apply if a credit card was used for the initial purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Detailed return shipping instructions will be provided to the customer once the RMA has been approved.
SAFETY VIDEOS
Safety video DVDs/CDs are non-refundable due to intellectual property and copyright concerns. RiskProducts.com reserves the right to accept returns under special circumstances; however, the customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from RiskProducts.com. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-refundable. Background checks, integrity testing/surveys, digital video licenses, and all other service/informational products are non-refundable.
